Given some on the not so great experiences at Verizon stores in the past I was dreading bringing my new iPhone 15 to be activated.What a pleasant surprise! Jay took us right away and was absolutely incredible. Professional, friendly, knowledgable and patient. Will definitely make this our go to store in the future.
