My phone had a white screen and I thought all of my information might be lost, but he was able to access it and reassure me that everything was safely backed up. He took his time walking me through the process and was incredibly patient while helping me start setting up my new phone.
What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile—he suggested using another Apple device at home to access my backup, which ended up working perfectly. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get everything transferred successfully.
