“Service was outstanding, got me a phone in my budget with what I needed without pushing me to buy add one or the most expensive phone. Went from an iPhone pro max to a Samsung a15 and after getting used to it it works as good as an iPhone. I locked myself out of the phone during set up and went back to the store and the agent helped give me options on what I could do before purchasing another phone. He didn't have to help me, I was upset and frustrated and he was very professional and calm and I was able to resolve the issue. The best service I ever received from a phone store and I've had mobile, Verizon, at&t in the past so I've been to a lot of stores.”
“Regular 711 store. Nothing different from the other ones. Well maybe the people who work there. At this particular place I've never had a problem with these guys. They are all very welcoming, as in helpful but not up your as you're walking around. They are nice people and respectful.”

“There is nothing like a brand-new store especially when it's big and bright with the smiling team of employees. This is the second 7-Eleven in Mineola and it looks like it's going to be a winner. Besides their regular food offerings, I love the fact that they carry a huge assortment of "stuff". When I came in today, on their opening day they immediately greeted me showed me the new store invited me to try the free coffee. Who doesn't like 7-Eleven coffee? There are so many varieties that I actually find it distracting but I am appreciative that they let me make the choice. I do want to note that I think their prepackaged rolls with butter taste great... just use a drop less butter.”
