“As always, excellent to deal with Jim and Bill! I wanted a more supportive bedframe for the mattress I had bought there last year, and they suggested that instead of spending money I did not need to spend, they could just put an additional support bar on the frame that exists. Worked like a charm! Bed feels so much better now and I feel much more secure that it's being supported properly. I always like to shop local, if possible, and stores like this, are the reason to do that! Customer Service is obviously very important to them, and very much appreciated by the customer!”
