“Raymour & Flanigan has the best furniture at the right prices! My salesperson, Frederick, seemed brand new. He didn't know where anything was and he was a bit odd. In the end, I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. I guess that's the most important thing. However, each time I asked a question, he ran away to ask the store manager who would not even speak with me. He told me I couldn't walk into the manager's office. It was strange. And he kept saying, thank you for being patient, thank you for waiting, do you want a water, etc. It was awkward.”

Jill is always so helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is happy and gets was they requested. She really tries her best at all times to make the customer her priority. I was looking for one item and because of her and the quality of their products I have 3 additional items at times time. Because of Jill, I am a Macy’s furniture customer. Every store needs an agent like Jill.”
