“Product came in great shape, the only problem I have which isn’t necessarily the store’s fault is that, the delivery guys are just so rude. I can’t speak for all of them but there are two white men, one young one and the other a bald man, who gave my wife and daughter a disrespectful tone. They don’t know much about setting up TV’s and since it was a 64 inch, they needed some help. When asked of them to help, they said they’d “do it” if we paid them more. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. It would’ve been far more professional to refuse politely and say that they couldn’t or didn’t have time.”

“Me and my husband recently had the pleasure of visiting a family owned mattress store called "BedQuarters" in Mineola, it was an experience that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Bill the owner with a smile and a genuine sense of hospitality that is often missing in larger retail chains. Bill is very knowledgeable and was eager to help us find the perfect mattress for our needs.
We were impressed by the level of service and attention to detail throughout our entire visit.
On the day of delivery we also had the pleasure of meeting Eddie and Alex they made our delivery experience an absolute breeze!! They were amazing!!?????
Eddie and Alex arrived at our doorstep right on time, greeting us with a friendly smile and professional demeanor.
The delivery process was quick and efficient. They carefully unpacked the mattress and took great care not to damage anything. Throughout the entire experience they both went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
