“They got the work done more quickly than they said, but even more quickly than I expected. No complaints about the work; waiting area was nice, staff was nice. Easy to get an appointment, too. They don't do a complimentary wash like some other places have done, but that's fine with me. Overall, worth my driving out a little farther for good, efficient service.”
“I had a great experience at this Mavis location. We were able to get an appointment the very next day, which was a huge help. The person at the counter was friendly from the moment we walked in. While we waited, we could hear him dealing with computer issues that were affecting inspections, and he handled every call with real empathy. He took the time to apologize to people and explain the situation clearly, which says a lot about how he treats customers.
The shop was not the fastest that day, and it seemed like they might have been a little short staffed for the season. Even so, everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and committed to doing the job right. They took responsibility for the problems caused by the machine going down and made sure people knew what was going on.
In a world where everyone expects instant results, it was refreshing to see a place that prioritizes quality work and genuine customer service. If that is what you value, this is a great place to go.”

“My visit was amazing, 10/10 recommend ! My car had little scratches and paint marks from another car. The suave brothers took some liquid and simply wiped of the paint and scratches they also fixed carbon fiber tapping around my windows that the previous owner of the car messed up. They did all of this free of charge which I was extremely grateful for. They also support US troops which is always great! “Today was the second time I was having tire work done to one of my vehicles. The first time was a few weeks ago, to have a screw removed and they were able to fit my car in right away, when every other place was too busy to help out. I brought my wife’s car there today for a screw in a tire and they again stopped what they were doing and handled the job. After looking at the tire, the stated that the screw did not puncture the wheel and there was no damage. They still fixed the tire and told me that it was no charge. I will deal be using this garage for any of my vehicles needs. I would highly recommend them!!!”

Not anymore , so far its been great experience with these guys. Quick and cost effective . They are always respectful, have given me ride home and pick me up when my car is ready. You can bring your own parts ( but there will not be any guarantees from them if you use your own part) . I have been there with my faimly and they are very friendly and nice withkids . “Buying a new car can be so stressful. I looked at many cars over a months time at 3 local Kia dealers. I've always gone to Matthews Kia in Clay for the last 15 years. This time they were of no help, and I found the perfect Forte I've been looking for. I went, I saw it, and it was perfect. It checked all my boxes. Sean was wonderful, and 2 business days later, I drove my beautiful Forte home! He was so helpful, answered any questions I had, and helped to make it happen. I didn't finance through them since I had a horrible experience with that at Matthews, so I financed through my bank, so I can't comment on their finance options, but it was as smooth a transaction as buying a car can be, and I'd recommend Burdick Kia all day long, more specifically Sean!
