The man there was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like I was rushed or stupid, it truly was a really pleasant experience and I look forward to making this my regular post office.”
“I live in a small town about 9-10 miles away from the Fayetteville Post Office. We have our own Post Office here. I drive the extra miles to Fayetteville because they do it all better than anywhere else around here and I'm also referring to other P.O. locations in the area.... The staff in Fayetteville is super, super friendly and helpful. They give tips and suggestions freely. The lines move fast and they make the whole errand a great experience....thank you all so much.”

“Had a Priority package sent from Florida on Saturday and was supposed to be here on Monday by 6pm! Never received ! Showed in West Palm beach for 3 days. No updates. So went Into Manlius location for possible help and they were so nice and helpful! Although they saw same thing I did online. They assured me they would try to figure out what was going on! Well they did and about 10:45 this morning a ring at the door and a very nice gentleman had my package in hand! Wish I had his name but looked like he went above and beyond to make sure I received it! A huge thank you!!!!”

“People leaving bad reviews are crazy, somebody leaving 1 star because they didn’t give you free tape lol this isn’t a free tape store it’s the post office. Always get me in and out fast without a problem staff is very friendly.”

“I'm glad this post office was here because I needed to drop off some postcards. The only drawback was that they open too late in the morning. Some of us have to get to work in the morning so their hours are not too convenient for everyone.”

“I came to this facility for a passport renewal. I had the pleasure of Kiondra helping me. She was very happy and knowledgeable as she assisted me with this. It was a very nice experience.
This was on June 14th at around 1pm. I wish I got the other women's name that was there also. She was very friendly and helpful also.
I would like to say thank you for all the help and assistance with my passport. Great facility they deserve recognition for their hard work and friendliness.
