However, the location can appear a little rundown and it does not have an auto support shop. Some caution is advised, as there can be issues with newly bought items like TVs. The store's women's bathroom has also been found to be absolutely disgusting and unsanitary.
The merchandise is quality, prices reasonable, but you DON'T want their Best Buy card!! 5 years ago, it had a $75 annual fee!! Probably more now.

After multiple visits and messages Best Buy is finally replacing my computer... Fingers crossed that new machine doesn't have the same issues.

The customer service representative we dealt with was amazing. Super knowledgeable, very friendly and accomodating. The new location is beautiful, the store is brand new and came out really nice.
