“My tire was completely flat and I was on my way to a new job. I was stressed that I’d be late to my brand new job. I found this place and couldn’t be more happy that I did. It was freezing but someone still came out immediately to help. The mechanic didn’t start his shift until 8am so I would have to wait about 20 mins. I was offered to wait inside and have coffee but I ended up staying in my car for a few minutes. A few mins later the mechanic came out early to help. I waited in the office for just a few mins while they worked on my tire. Everyone was friendly and communicative. I was out of there by 8:06 and was early to work! Plus it was only $20 to fix! Thank you so much for everything!”

“These men and women are great. Such great service, ever time I’ve delt with them (which is more and more these days) they are honest, upfront and stand behind their good work. They don’t try to up sell me, instead the educate me on why I DIDN’T need the part now so I know what to look out for when I eventually did. They are great to deal with and super patient with me. I could tell something changed with the new owner because all kinds of fancy new a beautiful old cars (plus regular ones like mine) started showing up on the lifts. The mechanics can do anything. “I realized my inspection was past due. I called around everywhere on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, and everyone said no. I am going back to work in NYC Tuesday morning, where I have to park on the street. I called and they said, “Being it in in 20 minutes.” While there, they were all so friendly; I felt like I been there customer for years. Really great services, great people, and definitely great work ethic!”

“I am new in town and I was looking for a trust worthy mechanic. The mechanic I use to go to was about 40 miles away. I have had two interactions with them one for a NYS inspection and the other my car had the CEL on. In both interactions they appeared to be trust worthy and for the check engine light they were knowledgeable and repaired the problem the first time. I also noticed that they repaired some expensive German cars as well. So, if the owners of a Mercedes trust them with the sizable jobs I have seen them do. Then they should be fine fixing my Honda. On one occasion they had the entire rear end out of of a fairly new Mercedes SUV. I was satisfied in both situations and I would definitely return.”
