I hate this store. Appointments are NOT kept; ever. I can hear the workers in the back joking around. Why in the world won’t more than one someone come out and help.

The store is usually tidy and employees are helpful and, in my experience, knowledgable about the items in their store. I come here at least once a week and I've never, ever had a poor experience.
