“I use usually have excellent experiences in targets, and for the most part this was good. However, the employees didn't greet you and when I went up to customer service, I stead of a may I help you, this Karen (ironically her name), said what do you need. I may be being a bit sensitive, but I know target policies and this is sub standard for them.”

I recently purchased a new line of service, and I was extremely impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the manager, Liz. Despite being faced with the challenge of multitasking and dealing with rude customers, Liz went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were fully met. She remained composed and focused, multitasking efficiently to handle multiple customers at the same time while maintaining her professionalism. Not only did she manage to complete my activation smoothly, but she also took the time to assist others and address their concerns with patience and knowledge. Her dedication, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out to me, and I deeply appreciate the effort she put into making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently.
