128 Bailey Farm Road Ste 106, MonroeSadly my visit today was to return my Betta Midnight Venom who passed away a little bit after I purchased him at a different store. Although I should put that location on blast for the bad conditions they have their Bettas in BUT that’s on a separate note. This review is about the great customer service experience I received at the Monroe, NY location. These girls were so attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable! They answered all my questions patiently and were just so pleasant. The fish tanks were meticulous! ALL OF THEM. All the fish looked happy to be alive. I left with a beautiful new Betta and a smile on my face. Ladies thank you for the great experience and for caring so much about all those little souls. Your hard work definitely has not gone unnoticed. You are truly the MVP’s there ♥

Goosepond Animal Hospital
1110 NY-17M, MonroeThey were so nice and kind they listened , answered all my questions. I had to bring my boy to Guardian Animal hospital they were terrible there. Nothing was resolved all unanswered questions. It was terrible and brought my dog to goosepond for another look and sat me through the charts, checked him and gave me the results. They were terrific at goosepond last Friday! Thank you so much again!!
