It’s been two months and I’ve built a lot of muscle! She pays attention to my progress and is very mindful of setting goals and keeping to them. The owner Juli is very organized, mindful and works with my schedule as needed. There are many classes to choose from as well. There is a supportive and friendly community in this gym! As a woman, I really appreciate the intimacy of the one on one personal training in a facility where there is so much privacy. This has been life changing for me and I’m more than confident that I will reach my goals and shift myself into a lifestyle of consistent fitness with the support of these amazing women!”

The facility is big and clean with all the equipment you need. The coaches were great with demonstration and feedback. For my level of knowledge I felt like the coaching was appropriate but I feel like newer members may need additional demonstration or coaching. I look forward to coming back when I’m in the area!”

“I’ve been going to this gym since the second week of its opening and love the atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The equipment is excellent, tailoring to each possible workout group. Additionally, I love the way the gym works with regard to membership, you pay for what you want only. It isn’t like many other luxury brands where you pay a ton for a million services in which I never use. At Drop fitness they literally allow you to pick and pay as you like.I would like to add an addendum to my previous review that unfortunately negatively impacted my initial positive experience. When purchasing the annual membership, it is nonrefundable. This, unfortunately was not clearly communicated upon my renewal this year. Due to extensive travel I have rarely utilized the gym. Upon requesting a refund I was told by their front desk staff that this was not possible.”

I really enjoyed everything about the gym and the overall programming was one of the better ones I’ve experienced. The first half of their class really helps prepare your body for the strength and WOD, but you also perform exercises to help prepare your body for certain movements like pistols or getting low in your squat. The coach (terrible with names but I believe it was Rommel) was top notch and really took the time to observe everyone during all movements to ensure proper techniques. I hope to visit again in the future so I can get a t-shirt or sticker.”
“I have 2 separate positive reviews about this place:1) As a drop in play gym, it's phenomenal. If you're local, it's just such a nice low sensory place (not too loud / packed) for kids to come, swing, play with toys, etc, and the staff are always great. It never feels overwhelming, but there are so many things to do!2) We had a birthday party for our kid here recently and it was AMAZING. Like, I truly cannot emphasize just how on top of it Kim (the owner) and her assistant were. In terms of transitioning to different times of the party, setting up food, handling setup and break down, etc. We are already talking about just doing the next birthday here again because it was so easy and frictionless!”
