“Helped me out of a bind when the oil cooling pipe failed on my Highlander, resulting in major leak of almost all engine oil. Gave me advice on how to top up the oil to drive the car one block to the station, versus charging me $100 to tow. Fitted us in as we needed the car next day to drive back to Brooklyn. An employee drove that afternoon to Riverhead (maybe 2.5hr round trip) to get the part we needed from Toyota dealer, said he did not get back until 7.30pm. Car fixed in the morning. Cost $480 including 2hrs labor, parts and delivery fee, which was fair especially considering the rush job. They went above and beyond in the timeframe - much appreciated. This despite me being a visitor to Montauk and not a local repeat customer.”
