I had a significant amount of work I needed done to my car, Tiffany the Office Manager is fantastic and so kind, she called me throughout the process as they went through the vehicle and found parts I needed, Tiffany shopped around while on the phone with me to find the cheapest price, made sure I knew every detail as the continued to work on the car so I had no surprise bill. They are quick and incredibly fairly priced. My car was perfect compared to when I pulled in. I had 4 tires put on, oil change with a few things that came along with that, new lug nuts and most importantly needed two new flex pipes and my Jeep sounded like a Harley Davidison and I left and my car was purring like a cat lol!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I live in Sullivan County and will drive to Orange County moving forward I will not service my car anywhere else again! 100% 10 STAR”

He showed me what was wrong with my battery and warned me that it is very possible that it will happen again. I had just bought the car today and he told me that just from looking under the hood for a minute it does not seem to be in good condition and I should get my money back for it. I have only heard wonderful things about this shop. Very honest and trustworthy!”

“I came in quickly after a long work day once I discovered a screw in my tire and my pressure was at 15. With a friendly and kind demeanor, the Associate Tom greeted me. I asked if they could plug my tire quickly! I could see how busy the shop was, and I saw the look on his face. I felt like I was going to be told i’d have to wait a long time! One of the mechanics, Adrian, was seemingly ready to leave for work for the day and Tom asked him if would be able to plug a tire quickly. With a smile, he said yes! Tom could have turned me away and said that they were busy for the rest of the day, and Adrian could’ve said no and want to get home on a Friday night but that was not the case! Their friendly and accommodating natures made me smile and I appreciate it! They suggested I get rear tires soon, I definitely will be back soon for those!!”
“My car had some issues on the highway and the engine was sputtering. Pulled over to the side of the road and googled a repair shop and found DBOYS Automotive. Not only did he drop everything to help us out, but found the issue in five minutes. A hose had come loose. He put it back on and didn't charge me anything for it. Just said it was a courtesy he does for his clients. I pass by there every few weeks. I will go back there for my regular maintenance from now on.”
