“I can't understand the negative reviews below... I have dealt with Bill and his staff for years and have had nothing but positive experiences with this business. They are friendly, competent accessible and courteous. They go out of their way to go the extra mile and explain everything that they do in terms of servicing and repairing your equipment. I had my lawn tractor repaired there recently and a problem recurred a week or so after it was returned. Bill picked it up promptly, tested it extensively at the shop and took corrective action, all at no charge, including pick up and delivery. He stands behind his work and has earned my trus”

We love the quality of merchandise offered, the unparalleled customer service, and how valued and honored Veterans are when shopping there (I truly will never have enough thank yous for this). I want to shout out one employee in particular, a young man named Mikey, who was so patient, kind and helpful to me when I recently picked up a large order for our bathroom renovation. When I scanned the bar code for my order, it was not identified. He came over, helped me find it, obtained everything for me, and guided me through the best way to get it all loaded to my vehicle, which continuing to shop for some last minute things I had previously forgotten about. Mikey was awesome! Totally there for me when I was frustrated thinking that somehow my order had been lost because the pick up scanner was not showing it. Thank you Mikey! You are what awesome customer service is all about!”
