Was getting the run around from previous managers. Finally, talked to the manager Rob who wasn't with NAPA when I purchased the part initially. I explained my situation to him over the phone and when I came into the store this morning, he handled all my concerns with ease. No run arounds and great customer service! Even had a few laughs during the process.”
