Dr. Quick saved my baby Kittys life. He had gotten into garbage and they did not make me feel like there were no options for my 6 year old boy. Every single person from front to back made me feel like we were going to get through it. There is not enough words I can come up with to make them understand my thankfulness.

I had the pleasure of visiting Solaia for the first time for a Christmas party with the Sullivan County Partnership, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays warm, festive, and inviting.

The food was excellent, thoughtfully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Everything from the atmosphere to the service made the evening feel special. It was the perfect setting for a holiday gathering, and I’m so glad my first visit was during such a lovely event.

I look forward to returning and highly recommend Solaia to anyone looking for a great dining experience in the area.

Savory Sweet Eatery

This was my 1st visit to this restaurant, and I ordered my food to go. I ordered a bacon blue burger, chocolate chip and butter pecan cookies, and a savory 'pop tart'. The burger was massive, delicious and cooked medium rare as I'd ordered it. The fries were tasty, too. The cookies though - if you love super soft and rich cookies you will love these! So buttery and warm, and the pecan cookie was loaded with nuts. The owner (or chef?) explained everything is cooked to order - even those yummy cookies. I was very happy with my meal and will return!
