“The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! “This is the best Post Office! Maybe I'm just lucky but most of the time I visit there aren't long lanes, or they move quickly. Staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and always try to help as best they can. Numerous times helped me to find the cheapest shipping option.”
“I had to come do a review because folks tend to review only with bad experiences and not good ones. I come to this post office because it's close to us, closes at 3 on Saturdays, and the folks behind the desk are so helpful and nice. Never have had an issue and I've had service by different personnel. I like this over any other post office in Rockland... especially palisades mall where one person in particular is rude and miserable.”

“Love this post office & everyone that works there. I mail out tons of packages for my Etsy shop here (when the lines are super long and when there is nobody there) and have never encountered any "rudeness" like these other reviews say. They've always been nice!”
“Everyone is always pleasant and courteous. Post offices have a bad rep sometimes but I find this one stress free and easy. I don’t really get the negative reviews. Sometimes packages get lost because it goes through a huge system after it leaves the local branch. I wouldn’t blame them for that.”
“I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing ???”
“I came here to confirm business hours so I could run errands and am sorry to see the reviews. I’m leaving this five star review here for all the folks who, like me, get mail sent and received on schedule, regularly. This isn’t a restaurant or a hotel or a gentrification haven - nor should it be reviewed as such. Everyone there seems to be working efficiently in a time where there are more packages than ever, but no budget expansion and few upgrades.
Also, I have never once been harassed there by folks standing around; loitering is a racist concept and the descriptions of harassment in some reviews illustrate why. Observing folks hang out might create certain feelings in your body, but folks don’t deserve to be removed from a sidewalk because you’re experiencing feelings.”
