“I love this HomeGoods! Every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The store is always clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained—even during the busy holiday season, which is no small accomplishment.
I especially want to recognize Maria, who I believe is part of the management team, for going above and beyond to help me with a complicated return. She listened with patience, understanding, and empathy, and made what could have been a stressful experience easy to resolve. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and I am very grateful for her assistance.
I would also like to recognize Julian, one of the managers, who is always approachable, willing to help, and greets customers with a smile. His positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service never go unnoticed.

“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”

“First off I have to say I've been shopping at this Marshalls since I moved to New York in 2017. The staff have always been attentive and nice. On this particular day though, I've experienced a kindness that I've not seen in all of my days on this planet. The cashier Camila at register #6 was so thoughtful, she asked me if I wanted a handle for my pillow. Then took the time to carefully create a handle out of tape for me to carry that pillow from this establishment to my small overpriced New York apartment. Thank you Camila, you made my night with that beautiful experience.”
“I love Target! But I must say this is my favorite location. I can be here for hours! It is huge and as someone that loves home decorating this location has it all!! Excellent selection of everything you're looking for, great value for your money and I haven't encountered an employee whom wasn't approachable nor friendly. If you're also a Queens resident, the drive is worth it as parking is plentiful and it is the best stocked store!”

There was a lovely lady there that helped me look for PJ's for my gf and she left me with a shopping cart since I was having a hard time holding my things. Thank you. “The best place to find bargains and carries all party supplies. School supplies, toys etc. A great place for economical shopping. Closes early on Fridays due to religious observances and opens later in the day on Saturday. You can find most of what you need and then some.”
“I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE.This store is huge with all home goods items that have become my one-stop shop (excluding fresh produce and dairy items, obviously, lol). The store is packed with everything you need for your home and personal needs and the best part, their not expensive at all. The store also extends two doors down where you can find even more high-end products at low prices. The best part of this store is the workers. All of them, and I mean all of them, are kind, smart, caring, and carry a behavior trait of that wantingness to help their customers. I love shopping here and I strongly suggest anyone and everyone shop here. I promise you, they have something for everyone. “The store is truly big you could spend hours in there. The prices are not bad at all and they have a wide selection of pretty much everything you're looking for from infant to adults all the way to college kids there's nothing you would miss however you can stay there for hours and they will not allow you to use the bathroom indicating the bathrooms out of service truly not true they told a pregnant woman to go next door to Wendy's which is not quite next door it's a little walk. I understand that you don't want to have public bathroom but if you have Shoppers in the store a code even on the receipt would be great . Check out was very quick. I'll go back”
“Always a nice and neat store to visit which is usually fully stocked. They just need to go back to 5.00 or below because the price increases are outrageous. I can see maybe paying more than 5.00 for large items but pajamas were our favorite shopping experience when they were 5.00 and now many are 7.00 or 10.00, so we limit what we shop for sadly.”
“The people working were all polite. Honestly, they have some pretty funny dupes. Good summer products for going to the beach/ park that target would sell for three times the amount of money but equal quality tbh. Glad they put this in in our neighborhood.”

“In most Target locations, the employees avoid eye contact and tend to scurry down the nearest aisle to avoid customer engagement. Imagine my surprise when Savid in Target’s Mt. Vernon location initiated a conversation with me. I guess he noticed me glancing from shelf to shelf in search of a plastic carafe. He asked if he could help, entered plastic carafe into his pocket gadget, then told me where I could find said carafe. I hope that the team at Mt. Vernon’s Target know how lucky they are to have employees like Savid.”
