“Opened my account going on a year now, my representative at the time was Derrick. He was very informative about what plans etc. would best meet my needs and I have to say that I am very happy with my spectrum services. Recently my grandmother shared with me that her cable service was too high, I asked her who she was with, and she said spectrum. I reached out to Derrick and asked him how they could help her, Derrick said send her down to the store. Long story short he saved her about $60 a month. Thank you, Derrick, for all your hard work.”

They greeted us and took care of us! A huge shout out to Carlos who had such great customer service! T-Mobile you should really check out who u have representing your company! Def don’t go to the new Rochelle store instead come to this one in mt vernon!”
