“Came in for an upgrade and stayed about an hour till the transfer finished. I just want to applaud the staff for the level of patience and professionalism that I witnessed. When I tell you I have never witnessed someone ask the sales rep “how do I turn my volume up” or someone actually go into a fit cause their bill is 50 cents higher, just props to the staff for keeping it professional and a big shoutout to one of the sales people I forgot his name but his facial expressions while being asked these incredibly ridiculous questions had me bursting out laughing. 10/10”

Then she had the experts Jose and Marvin help my family and I open a new account. Marvin was the closer, he was knowledgeable and got us all set up.
