“I had been with Verizon for a long time, but my phone bill kept increasing, so I started looking for a more affordable option. I visited this location, and Robiul took the time to explain how I could save money. He also offered me a free Samsung phone and helped me keep my same phone number during the switch to Boost Mobile. Robiul was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend him and this Boost location”
