“Outstanding service...this review is long overdue! My phone got wet at the beach August 4th. I thought it was lost and I needed information from my text messages. I tried all the remedies and nothing worked. I took it to the cell phone repair in Bay Plaza...BIG MISTAKE. They provided no answers AND told me he could possibly fix it for 1000. I took my phone back and did more research where I found Ed. Ed is THE MAN!!! I brought my phone to him and he didn't see water damage from the outside but when he opened my phone it had SEVERE water damage. There was corrosion throughout the phone and most importantly my motherboard was gone. I explained that I just needed it to turn on to transfer my pics, apps, and texts. ED did just that and FIXED MY PHONE, he is definitely the truth AND charged me half the price. Forever grateful to him and would tell anyone to secure his services, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Ed and I'll be back as promised with a tip ?”

“I normally don't right reviews but i have to give Abdul and Felisha thumbs up. I was so reluctant to to use smaller stores. Yes its just who I am but the customer service I received was phenomenal. My phone was repaired by Abdul on Saturday by Tuesday something happened to it the screen went black I was able to see information in the car but not on the physical screen. I took it back to them and the it was fixed I was so happy. God Bless Them”
“Opened my account going on a year now, my representative at the time was Derrick. He was very informative about what plans etc. would best meet my needs and I have to say that I am very happy with my spectrum services. Recently my grandmother shared with me that her cable service was too high, I asked her who she was with, and she said spectrum. I reached out to Derrick and asked him how they could help her, Derrick said send her down to the store. Long story short he saved her about $60 a month. Thank you, Derrick, for all your hard work.”

“After having a horrible experience at the T-Mobile in new Rochelle we were very hesitant to visit another store.. but we came to this one in mt Vernon and what a difference!! They greeted us and took care of us! A huge shout out to Carlos who had such great customer service! T-Mobile you should really check out who u have representing your company! Def don’t go to the new Rochelle store instead come to this one in mt vernon!”
