“I purchased a matress from Raja Loyal in the Nanuet NY location, I have only slept on it for two nights but I love it. Raja was very professional and patient with me while I tested out the mattress's. The delivery men were also great and on time.”

“The sales staff at the Nanuet Ashley store were exceptional in every aspect. From the moment we walked into the store we felt at home with their friendly greetings and no pressure approach. Even though we had already made the purchase on a previous day, they took the time to go over some questions we still had about the setup of our new furniture. Special shoutouts to Jerry and Robin(?) for explaining in detail different possible arrangements for our home setup. We would highly recommend this store to friends and family for their future home furnishing plans.”

“I love this HomeGoods! I had amazing finds today! But what’s best of all is the service! I wish I can remember the name (maybe Felix) of the gentleman who helped me get my storage bench to the cashier AND TO MY CAR! Rachel the cashier was also very friendly and helpful. She offered to wrap my delicate bowl in a towel that I was buying. This is the type of service you’d expect at a full-price store! Keep it up guys!”

“We’re so glad we purchased the warranty from Bob’s Furniture—when our furniture was damaged three years later, the claim process was easy, and we received a voucher for nearly the full purchase amount within 30 days. The store honored it without any hassle, waived the delivery fee, and allowed us to purchase a new warranty for our replacement furniture. Thank you to our salesperson for making everything so smooth—we’ll happily continue shopping at Bob’s!”

“We had a terrific shopping experience. They have a large selection of quality items that were available for immediate delivery. We were able to find everything we needed at reasonable prices. Searra was amazing! She greeted us as soon as we walked in and was extremely helpful throughout the process.”
