LOFT is a clothing store for women. The store is clean and looks great, with large dressing rooms. The staff is kind and helpful. One manager in the Nanuet store is noted as wonderful, friendly, and welcoming, and an asset for helping with orders, returns, and finding the right size. While clothing can be pricey, there are usually discounts and sales, leading to fair prices. Customers can find something nice for every occasion. However, there is very poor and unacceptable online and phone customer service, making it difficult to resolve billing issues.
Store Manager Yohanna gave me wonderful customer service. She went above and beyond to help with an issue I was having with my account. She made me feel confident and satisfied with the outcome.
