“the staff went out of their way to take the time to help me pick things out. they made recommendations based on how i looked in the pieces and how i felt about myself in them, not trying to up-sell me. they didn't rush me either. i really appreciated the whole experience.”
“Love the clothes and friendly staff but similar to Talbots things are randomly placed around the store making it impossible to quickly see what they have in the way of capris for example. Will buy online and return here what does not work.”

“Say whatever you want about the gap. I am 60 years old, and I am putting on the snow pants that I bought 30 years ago from the gap, and the leather jacket that I bought almost 40 years ago, that are still like literally new! I have had some very low quality things that I bought from The Gap when they have ridiculously cheap T-shirts Etc but when you pay regular price for their good stuff at lasts forever”
“Lovely shop with incredibly helpful staff. Everyone is very welcoming and pleasant. On a recent visit, I left my car registration on the counter and Marina went the extra mile to find my phone number and call me to come and pick it up. I can't thank her enough! I probably wouldn't have noticed it was missing until I needed it (which is rare). Thanks again Marina!”

“Pleasantly surprised with the selection. There is a lot to look at (large store) and items are under the same umbrella as TJMAXX, Marshalls, Home Goods but geared more towards the active individual. Checkout was quick and friendly. Definitely worth rummaging through.”

“I came to Kohl’s specifically to make an Amazon return, and the experience was very smooth and straightforward. There is a designated area for Amazon returns, which makes the whole process quick and easy.
The staff really tried to help me as much as possible and were friendly and professional throughout. I didn’t do any shopping—just the return—but everything was handled efficiently and without any issues.
The only thing to note is that they don’t have large carts or big trolleys, so bringing in big boxes can be a bit challenging. Aside from that, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely come back again for Amazon returns.”
