“Yohanna and Ciara were phenomenal! Their customer service is white glove service. Kind, attentive, and took care of my returns with no issue. I have worked in customer service for 32 years and I know exceptional service when I see it. The store was clean, organized and full of stock. I have been coming to this location for years and every time I stop in it is a great experience keep it up!”

“Love the clothes and friendly staff but similar to Talbots things are randomly placed around the store making it impossible to quickly see what they have in the way of capris for example. Will buy online and return here what does not work.”
“Nice and friendly staff, helped me find what I was looking for. They carry all sizes even sizes 32 and 33 (2 and 3 women adult heels). Italian shoes at competitive prices!”
“Wendy and Jenna are amazing! I came into the store to use a birthday gift card, and their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my experience exceptional. Both were incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect.”

“This shop is super cute. I have to give a shout-out to Amanda for helping my daughter try to find blush. She needed a new shade for cheer, but she is really unsure about make up and just starting to get into it and I have no clue how to help. Amanda was super patient and kind with my daughter. Thank you!”
