“After having a bad experience with our oldest a few years for his 1 year visit at another location, I was mortified on having to taking our second child for blood work. The office is clean and organized. There was absolutely no wait time! Annamma, who drew our daughter's blood, was personable, kind, caring and quick! She only stuck the needle in once she was positive she was able to get the vein. The other technician (forgive me, I did not catch her name), was also caring as she held my daughter's hand and spoke kindly to her throughout the whole time. Annamma was truly professional and has put my mind as a mother at ease regarding blood work for the future for both children. It is a true blessing to have a technician who makes it so easy and quick!”
“The center was clean and bright. The tech, who's name I am sorry I don't remember, was lovely. I am on a blood thinner and when I told her, she took extra care - I didn't bruise at all. From making the appointment, to checking in, to getting my results, the whole process was easy and very quick.”

Staff here is pretty decent, most times you’ll need a manager for even the slightest pricing difference/ issue, kind of weird.
The only reason the pharmacy is not a 5/5 is due to the hours, and the unreliability of their drive thru pharmacy hours/ closures.

I just had the most disgusting experience with a member of their pharmacy.
She says her name is olivia, when I inquired. This woman is literally a nightmare to speak to.
She kept asking me the same question over and over again, and each time I answered and tried to answer, she yelled she understands.
This woman then went on a rant, and lashed out at me. Eventually I had to ask her why is she so angry? When she continued, I cussed her arse out too.
Her behavior was disgusting!
06/23 update: this store is definitely back to their usual frustrating ways, it was a good run while it lasted.

The practice merge has been seamless for us and the new texting service is a plus! I am thankful for the longevity of this group and and continue to have full trust in Dr. B and his practice!”

“My wife and I both generally make our appointments back-to-back. We find online appointments easy to make. The check in procedure with the kiosk is also quick and easy. We especially like the communication through e-mail and text.
The phlebotomists are skilled and professional. We have seen Oksana for years and she always has a smile when she greets us. We like the service Quest provides and look forward to using you for years to come. Thank you.”
“I recently went to Ridgewood LapCorp for bloodwork and had the most pleasant experience! I was helped by Rochelle & Grace. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. As soon as I checked in, I was in & out of there within 30 minutes, they are fast! This place is a well-oiled machine and I will 100% come back again if I need any more labwork done in the future!”

“By far the best office of all of them. from check in to check out everything runs smoothly. the other plus of this practice is that they seem to have a doctor for everything so all your needs are met. I highly recommend Dr desai, Dr pittman and Dr Lan. All of them have been outstanding doctors when it come to bed side manner and my health.”

“I know not everyone has had a good experience here but I was there today and what I experienced was a very overworked woman just trying to do her job. I started a conversation with her and she was so nice and kind and gentle. I have bad veins and they can only get blood from my hands (which hurts) but she did an amazing job.. I was done in minutes and I was so appreciative. What I regret was not getting her name .. I thanked her and told her to have a nice day and she smiled and in a very friendly tone she said you too! I get that things don’t always run smoothly and we all get frustrated but sometimes we should just give a little more grace to someone who might just need a kind word or a simple smile ? so again thank you to the very kind woman at Lab Corp who made my visit so easy. I appreciate you!”
