“I recently traded in two iPhones for upgrades. I completed my upgrade about two weeks before my husband’s, and I worked with Yash both times. He made the entire experience easy and smooth, taking the time to understand my needs and helping me get the best value from my plan.
Yash was patient and willing to answer every question I had, whether it was about the iPhone itself or even specific apps. Because of how positive my experience was, I specifically booked an appointment with him again when it was time to upgrade my husband’s phone.
He also gave me his business card so I could easily reach out if I had any concerns or questions afterward, which I really appreciated. I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience and the level of customer service he provided.”

Ive been an AT&T customer for a while and have been to a handful of stores & have worked with many associates, but this Montvale location has been the best one. “We made an appointment to rejoin Varizon from T-Mobile on Nov 29. We were five family members and she took care of all with in 3 hours. It took long time to transfer data but she was constantly watching each phone and transferred all Five phones successfully. She also helped each of to select our free I phone 17 pro covers and then she professionally
Put I phone film cover with such card as no air bubble was present, absolutely perfect job.
