“I recently traded in two iPhones for upgrades. I completed my upgrade about two weeks before my husband’s, and I worked with Yash both times. He made the entire experience easy and smooth, taking the time to understand my needs and helping me get the best value from my plan. Yash was patient and willing to answer every question I had, whether it was about the iPhone itself or even specific apps. Because of how positive my experience was, I specifically booked an appointment with him again when it was time to upgrade my husband’s phone. He also gave me his business card so I could easily reach out if I had any concerns or questions afterward, which I really appreciated. I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience and the level of customer service he provided.”

“I went into the store to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T, and Ray was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and explained all my options in detail. Not only did he help me find a plan that fit my needs, but he also saved me money compared to my previous carrier. Ray was extremely transparent about what my bill would look like, which I really appreciated—no surprises. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Since switching, my service has been significantly better, and I couldn’t be happier with AT&T. If you’re considering making the switch, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Ray—he will definitely take great care of you!”

“30 year ATT cell phone customer. After a disappointing experience at the nearest store in my area ( New York Hudson Valley area ) I decided to try a new ATT store. The store in Ridgewood NJ is 20 min away. I wanted a new iPhone. I called ahead to make sure they had the IP 17. Billy answered and assured me they had them in stock. When I arrived Billy greeted me with a big smile. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated. He made sure I was informed and didn’t try to over sell and rush me. He took his time to explain everything. I was very happy with my experience at this store. It will be my new go to store even though it’s in NJ. It’s worth it.”

“Good service at the Spring Valley offices at the entrance to the Food Fair.... Honorable attention to Miss Kerly with attention at the customer's level (it was more than half an hour of laughter during the purchase). In advance we hope that the bosses do not draw attention to it since for my friends and I it was one of the best attentions. ❤️”

“Fixed my phone here today. Just wanted to start off by saying, the service here is absolutely amazing. They replaced the front and back of my iPhone 13 and did an outstanding job on it. In addition, they then later included a strong case and glass screen protector for a great price. After my visit to mobile couture today I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Gentlemen.”
