“I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Mr. Juan Lucio at the Verizon store in Nyack. In just 28 minutes, Juan solved an issue that I had been trying to resolve over the phone for nearly three months. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism were truly outstanding. I want Verizon to know that Juan is not only an excellent salesperson, but also someone with exceptional technical skills who genuinely knows how to solve problems. I am incredibly grateful for all of his help. I actually live in New York City, but I make the trip to the Nyack store because I know I can count on Juan. Every time I have an issue, I trust that he will find a solution. Thank you, Juan, for your dedication and outstanding customer service. Verizon is fortunate to have you on its team.”

“The staff is incredible! Brought in my IPad to activate, my tech, Missael is fantastic! By bundling my IPad with my Android...he saved me quite a lot of money! Plus I got Hula for free!!! You need to come in and see these great people!!!”

“I lost my phone on a weekend getaway, and quickly needed a replacement. I found this store and was genuinely shocked at how efficient and friendly everyone was! One sales rep, Janite, in particular, truly stood out. She went above and beyond to help me, was knowledgable about all products and promotions going on, and was considerate of my time. I rarely write reviews, but I’ve also never been this impressed with a T-Mobile. If I could give it 10 stars I would!”

“Fixed my phone here today. Just wanted to start off by saying, the service here is absolutely amazing. They replaced the front and back of my iPhone 13 and did an outstanding job on it. In addition, they then later included a strong case and glass screen protector for a great price. After my visit to mobile couture today I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Gentlemen.”
