He doesn't oversell, always handles sales personally and makes you feel heard and valued. Assembly and installation is exceptional. His team is always prompt and very polite. They scanned my Feet and then assessed my walking before determining, which was the right shoe for me.

“The employees of this store go above and beyond every time I make a purchase! The first time I contacted them via phone for an out of stock item, the employee called a few other stores to find and ship me the hard to find item! Today I went in to get my son’s stick restrung and left with a new helmet bc the young men working there were so knowledgeable and kind to my son. I’ll be driving the hour+ to their store for all my lacrosse needs. Definitely recommend checking out their store!”
“Forgot my sons baseball belt (far from home) and googled sports store in the area...Sports expert popped up and of course was worried about being disappointed and paying a crazy amount of money for a belt....BUT as soon as I walked in two people were right there to help me, they were beyond nice and I got the belt without breaking the bank!!! I would go out of my way to shop here!!! Nice to see a mom and pop store still around and saving the day!!!”
“Not sure about the less than 4 * reviews here but I have had nothing but great experience at this store.The inflation has of course driven the prices up that is nothing "a store" or people working there responsible for.I have been coming to this store after moving in this area a year ago. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The manager is friendly, on top of everything even with less employees working at times. The store is in great condition despite busy hours and I have felt welcomed and free to come here. The presence of a great staff and the environment they create for customers is the reason I come and shop here all the time. Those that complain about workers doing their jobs just do not want to cooperate or follow company policies.This is store is in a mall with lot of traffic, so it can get very busy and become tumultuous due to amount of people and lot of people with families and small kids come here. I give credit to their team to try to fix and be on top of everything. Regardless, the manager and his staff are doing a great job and although the selection is not a lot I can find what I need for my family. Thank you!”
“Most of my wardrobe since retirement is Athleta. Love the fit--the durability and versatility. The store is always clean and well organized. I am in shopping center often and stop by to check new items and a good sale. However I am rarely approached to see if I need help.”

“I've had several fittings here (woods, irons, putter) and always come away with better-performing equipment than I arrived with. The fitting bay has all the hi-tech stuff, but you actually hit to the outdoors, instead of into a screen. So, you get to see the ball fly, which I like. Bill Cho, the owner and head fitter, really knows what he's doing and has access to the very best clubs and custom shafts.It' can get expensive , but, if you're serious about the game, I think it's worth it.”
“I had a great experience getting my son's lacrosse equipment. We walked in and a young man offered to help. He asked which program my son was playing in and went right to work fitting him for exactly what he needed. Easy peasy!”

My friend and I had been shopping for hours, and Adidas was our last stop. We were tired and indecisive, but the tall white guy working there (I wish I could remember his name!) was beyond amazing. He helped us find the right sizes, gave great advice, and was super, super, super patient with us as we tried on multiple pieces. “It's awesome to see Dick's come up with the idea of opening up a Warehouse Sale, with lots of great deal sales, and the hard work paid off to make it happen. The space is pretty huge, which was once a Bed Bath and Beyond for many years, and a whole makeover was done to bring it up to its usage. The layout of the store has many racks with clothes and even shoe boxes with many styles to choose from. Also, there are many of sporting equipment. Looks like the store is pretty fully staffed and doing its best to help as much as possible. Also, it would be nice if a makeover was done to improve the perimeter walls, as it needs a big serious painting job along with adding dividers to make the store look appealing. This store feels like GoodWill for the most part, and I'm sure you can relate.”

Out of all the shoe stores in the mall I explored, Finishline had the best selection- so I would definitely check here if you're not a sneaker head, the ones here are a little more basic and generic looking. Good for the average person, and outfit. They also have a good selection of clothes, from Adidas to Nike.”

They are the only people I trust with my high end firearms and do amazing work. They even sponsored me when I started shooting competitively again if you have any doubts you shouldn't these guys are some of the best in the business”
