She was fun to talk to when trying to figure things out and was excited when we found the solution. Even with all of the craziness with returns, she made sure I was taken care of. She’s amazing!”

I rent a PO Box at this post office which is 20 minutes away from my residence, instead of using the post office at 12062 (end of my street) just because the hours are better and the employees are actualy friendly....unlike east nassau post office”

“This post office is conveniently located in the center of the Village of Kinderhook just steps from the bank. A few new, high-end eateries recently opened just across the street. I like to grab a coffee, spend some time at the farmer's market on Saturdays, then pick up my mail and packages. There's ample municipal parking (directly in front of the building). Postal vehicles are tucked behind the building and out of sight. Service is friendly in this lovely historical building.”

“Soooo I went in yesterday trying to do a passport application and was a bit miffed because they told me it was by appointment only - I explained to the ladies at the counter that I had been trying to call to ask that very question for several hours and nobody ever answers. Anyway I left, made an appointment online and went back in today fully prepared to write an awful review. The process was very swift - I made sure I had the correct docs which always helps and the ladies were polite and professional.However while I was waiting a woman came in to ship something to CA, was advised of prices and shipping times, got what she actually asked for and then started pitching a fit - a complete Karen. She made it very clear she was reporting the woman Coleen and blah blah. After watching this, there appears to be 2 women working there - underpaid and understaffed I would guess so perhaps next time, maybe cut them some slack...I know I will.”

“Short but sweet post office. Out of several stamps ($1- and $2-stamps), but pagelets of the Forever stamps are available. Friendly, un-uniformed clerk at the desk. Mail slot in the lobby next to post office boxes, and mailbox outside. Parking for no more than two vehicles in front at the rotunda.”
