They are truly lucky to have such a hard-working and compassionate employee. I was in a state and frantic to get back taxes filed and even the simplest tasks were confusing me. Kelly took the time to calm me down and simplify the printing process. I will never forget her kindness.”

You really don’t come across great customer service anymore these days, especially In places like the post Office, where people are just trying to get through their day. What a pleasure it was to walk in here on a Thursday afternoon, and be greeted by such a pleasant smile and helpful demeanor. Carlos is the epitome of a someone that can truly change someone’s day around just by being kind and helpful. Someone that goes above and beyond, just because. “Reading some of these negative reviews kind of make me laugh. Almost everything people were angry about are things that weren't even in the control of the employees. I've had nothing but good experiences of this store. I choose this store over any other UPS store intentionally because they've never caused problems, are incredibly fast to work through lines and polite.”

“You find a lot of these village-serving branches in rural areas. Equal parts professional and casual and service you don't usually expect from the Post Office. You think of people waiting in line in a tense, clinical fashion waiting for disinterested employees. Not here. Just your neighbors at work. I'm glad when I have an issue with my mail, that these guys are the ones I go to.”
“I was a bit hesitant after reading about Kelly. I just went there this afternoon. Kelly was not only friendly and helpful, she was totally patient and knew her job.They say when someone complains and doesn’t back up their complaint with validity, it’s usually the complainer that that is at fault. Perhaps a visit to your therapist before you return to the Post Office and belittle Kelly is in order.”
“A really nice small-town post office! Friendly, helpful service, a good selection of new stamps, and a convenient location in downtown Kinderhook. Come here to mail a letter, then walk a block or less to grab coffee or a bite at one of the nearby shops!”
“The clerk was phenomenal as I was sending out legal documents for work certified mail, and I have a tremor in my hand and can't write clearly. Very patient and helpful explaining that having the signature receipt doesn't always work because they simply won't sign it, and apparently that's okay (it shouldn't be, maybe 4.5 stars to the USPS, and 5 to the Valatie office). However I will get a confirmation it was delivered, which is all that matters!

“Friendly employees are helpfull, and polite. I have never had an issue receiving packages through this post office. I rent a PO Box at this post office which is 20 minutes away from my residence, instead of using the post office at 12062 (end of my street) just because the hours are better and the employees are actualy friendly....unlike east nassau post office”
“Went in yesterday to ship my gifts for operation Santa. The woman at the counter ( I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly patient and helpful despite being unfamiliar with the process. This was one of the best post office experiences I’ve had anywhere.”
