“I was in 5 Below to find graduation gifts for 13 preschoolers. And of course I HIT THE JACKPOT!!! Bracelets, squishy ball fidgets, bubbles, sunglasses, etc they had it all and at prices I could afford when buying for 13 (and I work at a nonprofit preschool so I'm not rolling in the dough)?. So we were able to fill 13 gift baskets with loads of loot. And the kiddos LOVED THEM ❤️. And finally, the service was awesome. The girl up front invited me to bypass self checkout & rang me up, saving me precious time. She was friendly, happy & focused on me ( unlike so many cashiers these days). 5 Below has my business locked. They rock?”

“You can tell it's an older Dollar General store, so it doesn't look as nice as the newer ones... When it's in the budget it could use a face lift. That would be my only real knock on the place. I've only been in there 3 times so far, but the staff has been exceptionally friendly! Credit the 4 stars to them!”

“Very disappointed in my shopping experience this morning. In all my years of shopping in the store have I ever had such a ride customer service experience from the Manager on Duty Kate. She didn't like that I brought my own bag. She swear under her breath. While packing the bag she placed my card next to the frozen food. And I was only her 3 customer of the day. It will be a while before I will shop at this location.”

“Being downtown it is a more busy and hard to keep area but the staff stay on the challenge with their friendly attitudes and customer service. Always product available and it carries fruits and veggies as a bonus. Only bad thing is there is a wait for the line sometimes and there is some theft that ive witnessed”

“I'm pretty new to the store. I understand it's the holiday season but all the unpacked stock in shopping lanes was not good. The lanes in the store are very narrow. I suggest (if) you have another place to put the stock before it's put on the store shelf store it there and do one lane at a time or one dolly at a time. The customers will have an easier time getting around the store.All the employees stayed very busy shelving product up front and the cashiers were very patient as people came up front to check out. I was very happy with the customer service. I'll return after the holidays to update. There is good parking.”

“Family Dollar is always a splendid experience. They consistently have stuff I need the other, more popular stores are out of. And it always costs less. And I can park without having to walk or get a shuttle a to the front door. They employees are almost always friendly & helpful. Tonight was last minute laundry supplies. I found everything including the absolutely best hangars I've ever used (I take my laundry a bit too seriously?). And I saved an extra $2 with their app! They're turning into my go-to store instead of the 3rd one down the line. Y'all can have that "W" place with it's useless "savings" card, packed, too big parking lot and store brand driven shopping. I'm goin' to Family Dollar. You should too ?!!!”

“Again I'm a bargain shopper I believe in Saving a dollar but still wanting the best quality that I can get for that dollar I can spend hours in this store to they're always upgrading their merchandise and you'll always find something new in there and be able to afford it way more than the more chain stores that are you're buying more of the name then you're buying the merchandise great deals in and I'm going to give you an amazing tip make up there you can get the regular name brand Maybelline all that at a discounted price always check the discount aisles and the back aisles cuz they always have great things that may just be the package maybe ripped but nothing's wrong with it”
