“First time in this location. Overall okay. Only wish aisles had signage to help find what you need. Odd combinations of products grouped together.
Doesn't sell Ricotta ? go figure.”

“What an amazing company I didn’t even choose quick shipping and one time it came next day the other order took only 2 days if that, I also didn’t read a description correctly and when I called I actually spoke to a real person and Corey couldn’t be nicer and sent me free goodies and a coupon for my mistake. Great products, service and prices!”

“Always very busy, very strangely organized, and not always the cleanest.

The staff here are excellent though, kind, and well mannered always. The prices, inventory, and all else that comes with Costco are still strong here. Great Location as well.”

“Great Prices and selection. I prefer over Sam's or BJ's.
Buy from brick and mortar establishments every chance you get... DO NOT BUY FROM THE AMAZON MONOPOLY, well they will own everything.”

“Huge shout out to Cait who not only was super friendly and helpful throughout my entire experience, but also fixed an issue that occurred that otherwise would’ve left me writing a completely different review. Costco is really lucky to have an employee like Cait who goes the extra mile and I’ll recommend getting tires from Costco just because of her. Thanks Cait!”

“They are very nice and professional. Ginny is the best, at least from the people I interact with. They work efficiently, wait time is not bad even when they are busy. They help you obtain prescription for refill when needed and never messed up my prescription/medication. Just because it’s Costco does not mean medications are cheaper, some common medications, yes but I am finding out that come medications are more expensive at Costco than some pharmacies.”

“Pros:- mango smoothie is available at this Costco!! $2.99 The mango smoothie is not available at the Garden City Costco and in Queens currently - return checkout is really fast - clean inside - some of the items are different than items in the New York City Costco- cheaper by a couple of dollars here for some items Cons:- smoothie tastes sour and it tastes like a lot of oranges and old mango because it's dark in color. Overall, I would come back it's a great Costco to shop!”

“I had another wonderful experience at the Costco in Lake Grove, NY. I like change up my look with new eyeglasses every 18 months! The optician Alan was so patient in helping me select new frames…They have updated the entire optical department which I feel is now so much more personal, user-friendly and professional. I’ve only been using this Costco for all my optical needs, and highly recommend it. Kudos to Alan and his entire team!”

“Great place to deliver. I read the negative reviews and was a little worried. Got here a full day early and was put in a door right away and unloaded. No questions asked about me being early, Thanks for a Great job!!”

“Service was good, went to check my tire pressure because of the continuous warning sign after filling with air. One valve was discovered to be leaking and was repaired for almost free! I was given approximately one hour for the repair to be completed and it was finished within that time frame.”

“I've had nothing but good experiences at the Costco Vision Center, Holbrook, NY. Both the optician, Dr. Minkoff, and all the staff at the center were gracious, smart, and helpful.”

“This is the least busiest Costco in Long Island. You can always find parking but you may have to park farther away from the entrance. The recycling area has only one plastic and can machine working but everything else seems to be fine. The check out area isn't as big as the Westbury or Melville locations but they do move quick. The best part about the Commack location is that they have gas pumps! You can pay with your Costco Visa card or with your membership and another form of payment. Highly recommend if you need to refuel!”

“Let me tell you something Sabrina, Joe and Danny went above and beyond. Some fine young individuals. They brought out an extremely heavy shed and work together to make loading it with me a simple task. They even went past their shift to help me. The young gentleman, Joe showed something that most youth nowadays do not. Kudos and I hope corporate sees this”

“Typical BJs, always stocked and service is friendly. I had my tires done while I shopped and they did a really good job for the price. Well worth the membership price and much less crazy than Costco.”

“Has been a good store prefer it over Deer Park. Only issue I have been having lately is the At&t guys are relentless, I have AT&T but they don't let up. I go with my toddlers by myself sometimes real quick to pickup a few things. Last time I went there I told the guy I already I had At&t and he literally started running after me and i had to repeat myself again and he backed off. Today same thing happend again I had to yell at him to backoff and leave me alone.”

“Annabella in the bakery department always does such an amazing job! She's always pleasant, kind, and professional, she takes the time to decorate the cakes with care. Give this woman a raise! And a promotion. You need more people like her!”
