“I have 2017 Ram 2500 diesel it needed a nox sensor. Had a warranty. Because Dodge in Bardonia and Dodge in Paramus were backed up 4-6 weeks. Bought the truck from Prize so I called and they said they could service my truck, two days later got it back with the repair. 4th day code came back called them they would not return my call. Took it there. They said I would have to take to someone else because They said they cant do a complete service don't have the equipment to work on it. . So I took it to Maron auto, He founds the issue Nox sensor bank 2 sensor 2. The nox sensor was 2 month back order. No wonder Prize refuse to work on it. Ordered an After market part because I needed the truck for work. Bob took care of me and my needs. Outstanding service and customer comparison regarding of getting me up and running. “I can't believe there are any negative reviews of Caliber Tire and Auto Service. My family has used them for years for all three of our cars. They have been excellent at fixing any problems we have. We have not found them expensive at all. You get what you pay for and they have never failed to fix our cars or to alert us of other problems they have found. They don't fix things that aren't necessary. I highly recommend them. My only one small complaint is that when you pick up your car, other car owners might ding your car with their car, which happened to my $70,000 car. Owners park and pick up their own car in the lot. We asked if we could park my car away from the other cars and they were fine with that. They felt bad my car got dinged by another customer. I have not found them to be expensive. You get what you pay for and our cars always need something fixed over many years and many cars we've owned. Never had any real problems using Caliber Tires. They are very quick at fixing your car and usually it's the same day. You don't get that at many other places and that's why they are worth it. I also never had a problem with anything they have fixed. They have always been very friendly.”

“Excellent service , this guy is a hidden gem! Nice clean and organized shop. Sort of reminded me of some of the good shops in brooklyn that get jobs done fast and well. I called them with a fairly big repair that most of the other shops in the area didnt want to touch (head gasket). They stepped up to the job without hesitation and got it done fast. It also turned out that it was not the head gasket leaking but a cracked intake manifold. They ended up saving me time and money.
