“I came in last week in a bit of a panic as my macbook screen suddenly gave out. Cliff said he could fix and get back to me by the next day. I said for work reasons I couldn't really afford to wait a day. Cliff said he still needed to get the parts, etc. but let me see what I could do. Guess what? About three or so hours later he gave me a call that it was ready!! He replaced the display and it's working as good as ever. Huge thank you Cliff, you saved the day! Highly recommend this biz!!”

“So grateful to Brian, the owner of this store. My train to NYC was coming in ten minutes when I realized I'd left my (ancient) Macbook Air charger back home... an hour and a half north. I stopped in to DoctorMac to see about purchasing a new charger; Brian said that he didn't sell any compatible with my computer anymore, but he HAD saved a few that people turn in for exactly this reason. He went to a back room and returned with a perfectly new looking charger, which he insisted on giving me for free. My work trip to the city was saved. It's little moments of kindness like this that make all the difference!”

“I took in an Apple Studio Display 27 inch monitor for repairs. The tech was very nice. Kept my monitor for a free firmware upgrade to try to fix the intermittent problem of being dead. They called back yesterday and say it needs a new power supply. So, my monitor is still there. A $1600 plus tax monitor that’s just out of warranty is now not working”
