“I wanna start by saying Matt was AMAZING!!! He was super knowledgeable, made the entire process smooth & very fast, and his customer service skills were amazing; he was so friendly! Ive been an AT&T customer for a while and have been to a handful of stores & have worked with many associates, but this Montvale location has been the best one. I highly recommend asking for Matt if you ever need assistance! This store is about 30 minutes from me… but I will be making it my go-to from now on. A HUGE thank you to Matt!”

“The best Total Wireless store I've been to yet!! Maria is lovely and very helpful. After nearly getting scammed by the Poughkeepsie store who wanted $450 to $500 for 5 new lines and then dropped it down to a still ridiculous amount of $225, Maria was able to give me all 5 lines on the Total Unlimited 5G+ plan for the true price of $160. And that included everything, taxes, fees, SIM Cards, everything. I have no idea why Poughkeepsie was so dishonest. But this is definitely the store to go to. Excellent and Friendly service, it was a really great experience. Maria also has an adorable little schnauzer named Sammy or Sami (Not sure how it's spelt.) and she's so cute!! ? Just be gentle around her because she doesn't have the best vision and she gets nervous easily and will bark at you. But she won't bite! <:) So, if you don't mind the extra drive coming from Dutchess County or you already live in the area choose this Total Wireless location. Maria is excellent and trust me, you won't be disappointed!!! <:D It's also really convenient for my dad as well since he could stop here on his way home from work in Hawthorne to pay the bill. ? Come here for anything Total Wireless!! ? <:D”

“Had a great experience at this store because of Tim! I had a big issue with upgrading my phone and after spending two hours with a Verizon rep over the phone, I went to this location and was assisted by Tim! It took 4 hours to completely transfer and fix everything that the rep messed up and Tim was patient, kind, funny and so so helpful. He’s just an incredible guy with the funniest stories and i learned alot about current events too and his knowledge of so many other world events while waiting for the transfer!!I wish I had gone here to begin with! Do yourself a favor and just pay the $50 they charge you to do a smooth transfer if you need assistance. Don’t bother calling the reps as they really messed up my transfer! If you have any phone issues, Tim is your guy!! I couldn’t be more pleased with this location and working with Tim!!”

My review in 2015: They said it would take an hour to repair the broken glass cover of my iphone. It did. $75+/- including tax. Cheaper than taking it to a kiosk at the mall. “I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer.
