“Recently I was expecting a package that was out for delivery, but never arrived. When I called at 4:45 shortly before they closed, the staff was so helpful. They were able to locate the missing package and personally delivered it to my house by 5:15. I was impressed with the kindness of the staff member and commitment to making sure we received the package in a timely manner.”

“I have never had an issue with this this post office. They’ve always treated me with respect and they were courteous as well professional. Even when I’ve had a huge amount of packages shipped there. I’ve never had an issue with my mail either. They also are very personable, but have very strict guidelines by the federal government. If you have a zip code to look up it takes two seconds of your time to look it up! thank you for doing what you do!”

“Went to this location (as opposed to Middletown) to file a child’s passport application. The experience was seamless, efficient, and pleasant. Brittany was very knowledgeable and processed the paperwork quickly. She even recommended and took a new picture of my child since the one I had done at Walgreens did not meet regulation. It is rare to encounter someone who knows their job and is happy to do it. 10/10, highly recommend!”

“It’s been a year since I’ve been in this new UPS store on 211 and it’s totally changed around. They now have two people helping with two different registers which is nice and there’s also a self scanner where you can scan and get your own ticket to put on your package and send out, which is nice and everything seems to move a lot quicker than it did last year last year. That would be a line out the door this year. Everything moves very quickly.”
“This post office does the things you need it to do. There was a holdup in front of us in line because their label machine wasn’t fully functioning. It’s not the employees fault but the person in line was kind of rude. It has a small entry but the line wasn’t too long so it was fine. I like how they have things clearly labeled and stamps are displayed.”

The new carrier Jim is a nice guy that goes above and beyond to get the mail and packages to the residents even in the most harsh conditions. “The reviews on here must be extremely outdated. This location absolutely is 5 stars. In every single one of my post office experiences, (especially moving from NJ), all have been borderline identical going to the DMV, absolute miserable people and couldn’t be bothered. Pine Island post office completely blew my mind. The whole entire staff is the most friendly, personable, genuine people, that actually make it a pleasure to go in there. I especially love when I walk in to Roberto at the front desk. There is never a day he is not smiling. What really did it for me, that I had to go on here and post a review, I came in with the wrong box to mail my return. Roberto went out of his way to help me get my label off, and box everything in the proper box, (which was an old one laying around that he GAVE me to use), so that I was still able to mail my return without leaving. If I went anywhere else they would have told me to kick rocks and come back with it fixed for them to take. I really love this location! They are hands down the best!!!”

“This is in response to Miss. Nancy who unfortunately is a miserable serial bad reviewer. I was in the store and all my needs were met beyond my expectations. Iris and her team made sure that they communicated the problem they were having and made my experience with them easy. Even offering me other options to assist me with my needs. If you going to leave a review you should at least be truthful. You should be ashamed of your behavior Nancy and giving these people a hard time. Iris even had to apologize on your behave for making other customers uncomfortable , including myself. Do better but let’s not blame the people who are working hard to try and fulfill your needs.”
