“I have never had an issue with this this post office. They’ve always treated me with respect and they were courteous as well professional. Even when I’ve had a huge amount of packages shipped there. I’ve never had an issue with my mail either. They also are very personable, but have very strict guidelines by the federal government. If you have a zip code to look up it takes two seconds of your time to look it up! thank you for doing what you do!”

“Staples now has Amazon returns and the process is seamless! Literally just walk in, scan the barcode on your phone and they give you a receipt. Easy and quick! I absolutely love this addition to Staples. I hope they keep it for many years to come!”
“Ever since the nice lady left around 7 years ago they have had constant staff turn over. As of lately the lady working here has been amazing and I'm happy to be getting mail in a timely manner again. Any issues in the last few month has been on the post office as a whole and not the local branch ( if that's the right term).”

“When I walked into the Middletown Staples Copy center there was a very long line. So long, I almost walked out. But The two staff members, Shayna and Kris handled the customers with amazing patience. Unfortunately it is no longer common to see retail associates smile and act calmly since most of them are overwhelmed and overworked. Kris and Shayna clearly and nicely worked with each customer. They even had to manage an evacuation as the fire alarm system in the entire shopping complex went off. If you use this Middletown Staples for copying, printing, etc. know that their team works hard. Show them some patience. It’s not their fault when computers don’t do what we want them to do. If you are looking for good customer service go there and ask for Shayna and Kris.”

“I utilize fedex office quite a bit off and on as a traveling businessman. And the self service kiosk had some new steps for getting in and also restricting as I was trying to print a large order and it restricts purchase over $80 so Ben was helpful to come over on his own seeing me frustrated to help me to share that and how to use. This was very appreciative so I could get my job done more quickly.”

“I’ve read all the negative posts about this post office and I have to say I found quite the opposite! The line moved along quickly, and the service offered by the very efficient and pleasant postal worker was very refreshing. She gave me all the information I needed to sending my package in a timely manner. And I heard her talking with other customers the same way. Also there were plenty of mailing supplies which made it easy to find the right size for my items being mailed. I have been to other post offices that are not as helpful or well stocked. I work part time in Middletown and will make sure to use this post office for future mailings.”

“Great service. Shipped a large package FedEx and it arrived early with no issues. At the same time I was able to take care of the USPS media mail package, which also arrived early. Got receipts with tracking info when I shipped the packages. A day later, I also got emails with the tracking info for each. Shipping here was quick and convenient. Especially being able to take care of the FedEx and USPS at the same time.”
