“I went today to get a new modem. I made a reservation prior (which is key) and they immediately got me in. Then the guy said that my bill was too high and went through ways to bring it down, ending up saving me 80 dollars a month
The fact that just a simple trip to get me a modem saved me 1000 dollars that I didn't even ask for was amazing.”

“On Monday 8/24/26 I went to this Verizon store to get new cellular service and phones for my family. I worked with Jesse during this process. Not only was Jesse very professional, he was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and made sure everything we asked for was taken care of. Jesse even went above and beyond, staying past the end of his shift to make sure everything was done and done correctly, instead of pushing us off on another staff member, as other businesses would do. Keep doing what you do Jesse.
THANK YOU!!”
