“Went in Thursday with the problem of my wifi coming up with no internet connection. When the girl called me up, she tried her best to fix the problem and while she’s new, she ended up having to bring it to the other workers attention. This kid looked at it and within a few minutes it was as good as new!! I left a very happy customer and just wanted to say, thank you!!These guys deserve some recognition. It’s always negative feedback, from what I see but in this case, I am extremely satisfied and cannot thank them enough.Even though I didn’t get his name, he is the guy with dark hair with green in it, and glasses. “I usually dread going to get a cellphone but Garth at this store really helped me out. He laid out options, recommended a service(not pushed) that I had no idea about but wanted. He also went in the back to search for a certain color, made sure my phone was all set and protected. Cannot recommend Garth or this store enough”

“I just dropped spectrum and got t d s Internet. With spectrum I had 100mb, and when I signed up with t d s I have 15 my. The person I talked to from t d s assured 15 mb would ba all I needed. I can assure you not only is it as good, but I actually can say it is better! I can honestly say it was the right choice. I now wonder if I actually was getting 100 mb from spectrum. I appreciate the lower cost, and better service.”
