“Summer was absolutely phenomenal, as always! I came in to purchase an iPhone 16 Pro Max that was in stock, and she went above and beyond to assist me. Unfortunately, due to corporate policies, the phone could only be shipped instead of purchased directly in-store. Despite that frustrating limitation, Summer spent nearly two hours working with me to try and get the issue resolved.
This five-star review is 100% for her outstanding customer service—not for corporate. Summer consistently takes care of me, my family, and my business, and her dedication is the reason I continue coming back. She is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her customers.
That said, corporate really needs to rethink the restrictions placed on businesses. The app and website are limited, forcing customers to either visit the store or call customer service, which is often hit or miss. Rules like this make things unnecessarily difficult and could eventually drive businesses elsewhere.
