“Went down to be able to talk with a person face to face. Was greeted and helped by Philip. Helped me go over my plan and make a few changes and got the price locked in for 3yrs. Plus the best part my plan had me ready for a upgrade and a free phone . I got tthe new Google pixel pro 9 XL. A change from the Google pixel 6 XL that I had. Love the Google Pixel phones they take the best pictures and I take ausome pictures with this phone.
Philip was kind and courteous and took the time to explain everything. He didn't just hand me the boxes and say goodbye and he went over everything with me and helped me set up the new phone and the plan that I had which I really appreciated instead of having to go home and try to figure it out by myself over the phone. Thank you very much Philip. I will definitely be back to the store again .”

“T-Mobile is the best. I just moved back to Rome and learned T-Mobile internet was not available in my area so I went to Spectrum. The day after signing up with Spectrum I received a phone call from T-Mobile informing me that T-Mobile was available. After sitting staring at Spectrums' useless equipment for the entire weekend. Then I waited for a Spectrum technician to come to fix the issue but they were not showing up. So I took the useless Spectrum equipment back to Spectrum and told them to keep their headache. I went to T-Mobile in the same plaza in Rome. The guys there are amazing BTW. Rick, ( Thank you! ), got me set up right then and there, Badda Bing Badda Boom, I got my internet. No wait, no problem with the equipment, just excellent service. THAT'S what I'm talkin' about. ? Happiness”

“AT&T Rome saved me $50 plus bucks on the new iPhone. Let me trade an early upgrade and keep my current phone and get another upgrade in a month when I decide to get a second phone upgrade if I like the phone I just bought so I can have two phones again. I highly recommend AT&T Rome, better than any corporate store I’ve been too that couldn’t do things right that AT&T Rome has fixed over the past year. Sean, Ben, and Josh, thank goodness for you guys. Likewise for phone number changes and bill corrections, line upgrades, corporate store employees barely knew anything yet the crew at AT&T Rome did it in seconds. They answered all questions, like the issue never happened they even bettered the people on the phone that didn’t explain things correctly nor applied everything that was needed and recovered me hundreds of dollars! Can’t say enough positive about AT&T Rome and why it should be a corporate store! Glad to see corporate companies CAN have good store fronts and employees dedicated to learn. It is not common at all, so congratulations AT&T Rome, kudos to your entire team there!”
