“They got me in and out within a few hours when they did my front control arm bushings. When they did my rear end they had my car for almost 24 hours. But no complaints. The mechanic Matt that worked on my car definitely knows what he’s doing and explained what he was doing with no problems when I asked questions. Very respectful people in the office as well.”

“Was a very pleasant experience dealing with National Tire Warehouse. Very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. Along with explaining what they did ( I had them do an alignment as well )Would highly recommend them ?”
“My alternator quit working just outside Waterville NY while I was sightseeing along NY20 last month. These good folks rescued me from the roadside and, despite having three other vehicles in the queue at mid-day, managed to get me on my way by staying well past closing time. The first replacement part they installed was DOA and they sent a driver (actually, the owner himself) quite a distance to retrieve another. To my surprise the bill was not much more than what I would have paid for the part alone had I not ignored the symptoms and done the job myself. Kudos to these folks for great service. I can also recommend the nearby Mulligans restaurant for a quick lunch and to have a walk about the lovely Victorian village of Waterville while you wait.”
“Jaime went for test drive affirmed front end noise , got the vehicle in 2 days later a front wheel bearings needed replacement.
Rob front desk was wonderful attentive an asset to the team at Jeff’s Automotive Service Center!
I didn’t catch the mechanics name however excellent an alignment recommended after the front end and excellent ride now!

“Got a free tire rotation, no purchase of tire necessary and no attempts at upselling me on anything I don’t need which is really appreciated. The tech must not have been on the lug nuts all the way before pulling the trigger because the tops and corners got a bit scratched. Overall easy in an out service.”
“Norm and David are awesome people to deal with, I've bought a couple cars from Norm and he ALWAYS tells me exactly what condition the car is in and if I would have any issues right off the bat, The NYS Police AND area Police agencies trust Norm and David to work on their cars, and that's good enough of for me as credabillity, plus Norm has a cool personality!! “We were on our way to New Paltz to pick up our grandson from college. Just a little south of Boonville the right rear tire went flat…totally flat so we could not drive at all. The AAA Driver from Rensen was there to assist us in less than 30 minutes. He then took us to Maugeri’s Auto Repair. The service was sensitive to our need to get to NewPaltz as quick as we could because the dorm was closing. They ordered the spare tire quickly for us and mounted the tire as quick as possible. Kudos to the staff for their excellent and thoughtful service.”
