“This New Hyde location has great customer service from the manager all the way to the security guard all are super friendly and helpful I always leave smiling. Junior stopped what he was doing to help me get a really big chair to the register and made sure I was okay also Ian and Sage were very helpful and knowledgeable and to top it off the female security guard who is always helpful and a sunny disposition made my shopping experience very pleasant.”
“Shout out to Julie. I come here every-time to return my bottles because the bottle room is clean compared to any other place. The usual bottle guy wasn’t in but Julie made sure to still try and help when the bin was full. Usually if I ask someone they’ll say they’ll get the guy and never do. Julie communicated with me and told me she would help as best she could since the maintenance guy wasn’t there. She came in the room and did what she could. She was super sweet and helpful, and I appreciated her help! Thank you Julie :)”
