Went in for a Bike chain and left with the knowledge and tools to fix shower doors and a toilet that wouldn’t stop runningβ

βI like this store because even when is lots of people in you don’t wait long to be served,also most of the staff is friendly (the one that’s not friendly usually don’t stay to long-that’s what I notice)if you do high and jobs this is the place for material,cost little bit more but you got quality material and quality jobβ
βGood service. You always have someone to talk to. They have what you purchase on the computer and for which room, but you should buy from them as other Benjamin Moore sellers do not always maintain this information for future use. One time the contractor did not let me know they were painting the following day which was a Sunday. I went to a different store because they close on Sundays. Work done recently, I now have to cut out to match the colors. No fun because I am getting but not perfectly great at plastering.This place is great. When I don't use them, I use Sherwin Williams on Bayside. I think am staying with them and gave 5 perfect stars. They deserve it! Thank you! I am a woman. I do most of my work. They help me. Unfortunately I need to paint the ceiling. Will get advice from them again tomorrow. Need more paint! McGeeβ
βThis paint store is very good. The service is always top notch no matter when I go. Sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait a little but the people working there are very knowledgeable about paint and brushes and will help you decide on whatever project you want to do in terms of paint and supplies. The quality of the paint is great. Never had any issues tbh. They also have parking outside. They're right off a major street but just have to be careful is allβ

I had a wonderful experience working with Cathy while choosing paint and supplies for my basement. She took the time to help me select just the right shade of gray, and she didn’t stop there. She also made sure I had the correct rollers, handles, and other accessories I would need to get the job done properly.
What impressed me most, though, was Cathy herself. Her personality was truly above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, patient, genuinely helpful, and had an infectious smile that made the entire experience enjoyable. You never felt rushed or like you were simply another customer. She made you feel as though helping you get everything right actually mattered to her.
Employees like Cathy are the reason people remember a store and choose to come back.
Brinkmann’s Glen Cove has an absolute gem in Cathy. Outstanding customer service, great knowledge, and an attitude that represents exactly what customer service should be.

βFor the last few days it's been HOT! But my window has window guards with these weird screws. I tried Home depot, Amazon, etc etc. no luck. I called Angelos and spoke with Jim, right of the gate he was knowledgeable and helpful. I was so hopeful when I got to the store. He gave me what I needed. The store had this home town feeling. Like y'all need to come here instead of those big corporate stores. You'll get help FAST. Well what he gave me worked and I successfully installed our AC unit. I highly recommend this store! βI walked in not knowing a thing about paint. I walked out learning that you can’t just point to a can and paint magically appears! lol I had O’Neil helping me and he was super patient and helped me find the colors that I thought I wanted. He gave me some suggestions on paint contrast and I went with it. He was extremely knowledgeable and made my paint buying experience super easy! I will definitely go back the next time I paint something! The staff all seem very friendly and provide a positive vibe to the store! Thanks guys for such a pleasant experience!β
