“I’ve been using VitalMix pharmacy for a few months now and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff is always friendly, patient, and willing to answer questions without making you feel rushed. They remember returning customers, which gives it a much more personal feel than the big chain pharmacies.
Prescriptions are filled quickly, everything is organized, and they’ve even helped me sort out insurance issues a couple of times. The pharmacist, Mark, is really knowledgeable and genuinely seem to care about their customers. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy pharmacy.”

“The pharmacy is almost always run efficiently compared to neighboring ones. Everyone there is always willing to help me out. Phones are answered with staff being kind and always answering my questions. Medication is available promptly and they've helped me in numerous situations to expedite orders. I always come here and plan on using them for all pharmaceutical needs.”
“I'm very surprised about the reviews I'm that I'm reading. You should go to another pharmacy and see how you are treating. This staff has to endure people screaming and talking disrespectfully. I am a difficult patient. I have to make sure OTC products and from the pharmacy are gluten free. They don't have to call the manufacturer, but they do. Everything settled down now, but the pharmacy walked thru this with me. I'm very grateful. Thank you.”

“My experience has been nothing but good overall I can expect to get my delivery within a timely manner followed up by a phone call to let me know the driver is in the area and if I am not home the driver will spin back to make sure I receive my prescription which is a blessing to know that I can depend on the driver and company to make sure I get my prescriptions
