“This past Fri., I went to get some staples for a Memorial Day bbq. Lots of choices of various cuts of meats as well as different kabobs. All of the food looked fresh, and delicious. The store was clean and empty at 11:30am so you were able to get a full view of all of their offerings. Grilled our items and they all were delicious. They were tender and seasoned perfectly. However, the guy that helped us looked beyond miserable. We had a small quick order so maybe a smile, thank you or an appreciation for our business would have been nice. 5 stars for the food, and a generous 3 for the customer service.”
“I absolutely love this place. They are always clean, staff is usually friendly. They have great options for fast food on the go. Why do they not serve hot food after hours? If they did that then they would be 5 star.”

“Came in to get some ice cream and had a great experience. I don’t know the employee’s name, but he was wearing glasses and was very friendly and helpful. He made the visit enjoyable. Definitely a much better experience than my last visit—it’s great to see that management has improved!”

“The pharmacy is almost always run efficiently compared to neighboring ones. Everyone there is always willing to help me out. Phones are answered with staff being kind and always answering my questions. Medication is available promptly and they've helped me in numerous situations to expedite orders. I always come here and plan on using them for all pharmaceutical needs.”
“I was so concerned I wouldn't be able to fill my prescription and would need to cut my visit short, but the CVS pharmacist in New Hyde Park, NY within seconds told me my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. In 10 minutes I heard my name called and when I got to the register I didn't even have to say my name again, my prescription appeared and the associate was already ringing it up. I told him how impressed I was with the service and we both smiled. This happened the evening of Wednesday, August 12. A very nice experience, the service was like clockwork!”
“I would like to take a moment to compliment one of the Walgreens staff members, Sima, for her exceptional customer service.
I visited this Walgreens on Monday to have a passport photo taken for my baby, but unfortunately, the photo was lost afterward. I only had about 20 minutes before my passport application appointment, so I called Walgreens and explained the situation. I asked if they could locate the photo that had been taken two days earlier and print it for me while I was on my way there.
Sima was incredibly kind and helpful. She quickly located and edited the photo and had it printed for me. At the same time, she was answering other customers' calls and handling multiple tasks, yet she remained patient, polite, and professional throughout the entire process.
Thanks to Sima's quick thinking and willingness to help, I was able to submit my passport application on time and get everything done. I truly appreciate her help and excellent customer service.
Walgreens is very fortunate to have someone like Sima on the team. I hope all staff members are as kind, helpful, and dedicated as she is. Thank you, Sima, for making a stressful situation so much easier!”
