“This is a great local market that truly has it figured out! Really fresh and hand picked produce, and the prepared foods are to die for! As you might expect, higher prices, but supporting a business like this one is worth it. If you're in the Berkshires, try and stop in! Grab some prepared foods for a hike and enjoy!”
“This is hands down my favorite store in all the Berkshires. Isabel and Bernie took a good store and, over the past three years, made it iconic. Step by step they modernized it, reimagined the offerings, staffed it with a wonderful team. When most of us were staying home during the pandemic years, they showed up every day, demonstrating to the community that when you are essential, and food certainly is, you serve even at your own peril. Thank you.Contrast it to what we typically find now in the food deserts we call our small towns. At the local "marts" you'll find highly processed foods that are terrible for you. Here, at Loeb's, you can delight in local breads, fresh meats, sandwiches made with love, organic vegetables, food staples that are good for you. All at prices that are reasonable! Who knew it was possible. Bernie, Isabel, all I want for Christmas is for every small town in America to have a store, and store owners, with your vision and dedication to the hard work of being the best you can be. Keep it up. You make the challenge of greatness look so simple when in reality it is an art form.”
“What great country store. Lots of unique food items and dozens of bulk items like spices and candy. Sandwiches, homemade goods, and yup garden tools and lightbulbs...worth a visit even if just passing through town.”
“Authentic Brazilian market in all ways. Food and drinks of high quality coming all the way from Brazil and giving you the chance go remember your homeland, for such a nice price. This place has been a heaven for me, since I came to this the Berkshires, and I believe any brazilian or person interested to know or use ingredients or elements of Brazilian cuisine can highly benefit of this place! 5 stars, no doubt!”
“Always have great supplies and alway pleasant when you are looking for something. Great place for supplies and many new stuff to try for your backyard for so many different bird's ?”

“Wonderful little shop, all on the honor system so bring a variety of bills. They also have a venmo option. Fruits, vegetables, honey and more. Love to support small local businesses as well as eat local!”
“It’s fine. A typical Dollar General. Has most things I need while traveling and a wide selection of most necessities plus lots of entertainment type items. I go to this chain a lot while traveling through New England. The prices are right for paper goods and food staples.”
“I was pleasantly surprised by the selection here. It's a tiny grocery store and deli disguised as a gas station. All of the staff I have encountered are very nice and helpful. Many of the prices are simply horrendous, though. You can find some reasonably-priced things, but the produce prices are especially obscene. I guess they do this because they know they've got some of the only produce for miles, especially in the dead of winter. I can't believe I paid 2 bucks for one red onion. Things like that.At the deli, they have a great hot food bar that is sold by the weight. It's not cheap, but it's good. I can squeeze two servings/meals out of a 13-14 dollar container of food. They also always have two soups that are self-serve.I found some unique and delicious cheeses here as well.Overall, I am thankful this place is nearby while I am in town for 3 weeks. There are not a lot of grocery options within 30 minutes of where I'm staying.”
“Great selection of products from all your grocery needs to souvenirs. They have a large selection of wines and beer. Dairy, eggs and yogurt too. T shirts and sweatshirts too. Friendly staff. Breakfast sandwiches, and deli style lunch and dinners too. Coffee bar for all your caffeine needs to. Awesome mountain vibe too!”
“Great small spot to stop on the way to Bousquet Mtn ! or if your staying down in Lee just a short trip for a great sandwich. friendly staff younger women at the front especially. ( i was the green shirt guy if you see this) Corey.”

“It's a big store, like really big. Prices don't seem competitive at all. But, it might be only on the items that I would normally buy. Best roasted chicken around the area. Great selection of deli and at normal prices. Produce seems way overpriced compared to Market 32 and crazy overpriced compared to Aldi.”
“Kudos to the bakery department. I purchased a full sheet cake for a birthday party and the guest were surprised that I got it at Big Y. They loved it and said if they wanted a cake in the near future, then they would have Big Y make it!!! Nice job as always ??”
“This food store was perfectly located near our hotel that included a fridge and freezer and microwave. We saved at least a hundred bucks not having to eat out for lunch. In addition, breakfast was included so we were able to afford a few high end restaurants and taverns within Lenox after Tanglewood performances. This store had everything, including hard liquor! Convenient, clean, friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Also, the CVS is in the same lot!”
“The new mgr, there has totally cleaned up the store ,I live near by and go there often and the store has been in bad shape for a long time,I was so surprised to see it looking so good I asked her name and she is the mgr I think it's jessica,I had to tell you because she deserves to know her hard work is noticed in a great way!!!”
“Great market with a unique array of foods. It's our favorite stop on the way to The Clark. The baked goods are fantastic, but so are all the little packaged goodies from indie brands. And the produce never disappoints. In the summer time, we're known for grabbing a pint of raspberries to snack on during the ride. Highly recommend popping in and stuffing yourself silly! The folks are always super kind and warm as well!”
