“I have had two recent experiences here, both very positive! Most recently, I came in to have the power port on my laptop replaced. It required soldering, which is intricate work, and some repair shops wouldn't even touch it. These guys were happy to help! Despite a complication with the repair, they handled it like pros! They fixed my IPAD cracked screen for much cheaper than Apple would and had it done within 2 hrs once the part came in! They kept me updated every step of the way as to when the part would arrive and how long the repair would take and even called me when it was ready. Everything seems to be working well now and they even took the time to try to remove some bending from the side of my IPAD from when it fell. They seem to care about the work they do and are a much cheaper option compared to the Apple Store for those costly repairs....”

I went to Bx Electronics and the guy made one call and at first said $150.00 I said no I couldn't do it as I had planned to go out of town. I'm not traveling with short money. So he understood that. Well I came back the next week he charged me $130.00 so I am happy with that. I picked my pad up today and I'm in heaven. Zoom will be so much better on the IPad as opposed to my IPhone”

The environment was very friendly and welcoming. I'd say from walking in and hearing music playing in the background it felt like a relaxed environment.
